Does btrfs support sparse files?

I don't know how Apple's encrypted core storage scheme works, but security wise 
it *ought* to fill that logical volume with random data where there wouldn't 
otherwise be encrypted data. This is unlikely to be very compressible, it's 
about 80G worth of data on that partition, in that case. Otherwise, it's around 
6G compressed.

Copying the whole disk would probably be pretty big, as there are three 
operating systems on the disk. I'm thinking you may only want the encrypted 
partition. This would be much easier if 10.7 ran in VirtualBox.
