The MinGW version of gprolog 1.3.1 crashes on startup when a command line
argument is passed.

gprolog --query-goal write(hello)

will cause a crash. I am having this problem on both Windows XP Professional
and Windows 7 Home Premium. The problem does not occur when there are no
command line arguments or when the MSVC version of gprolog is used.
