I spent a little while messing around with git over the past couple of
days, and ended up adding a readline git repository on savannah
(http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/readline.git to browse the sources).
Readline-6.2 patch 2 is the head of the tree, with each readline-6.2
patch in there as a separate commit.
All the readline source releases I have are in there, back to readline-2.0.
