sleep (GNU sh-utils) 2.0 The sleep utility appears not to ignore certain signals, such as STOP and CONT. Thus, the following occurs: [5:22pm] >sleep 10000 ^Z Suspended [5:22pm] >bg [1] sleep 10000 & [1] Done sleep 10000 [5:22pm] > If the implementation is using ALRM, then it should check *only* for ALRM signals. -Roy
