bug in date

The date programs crashes (core dumps) after the end of file when using
the -f option (without -u) to convert a file of dates.

The problem seem to be in  
 free (initial_TZ);
of batch_convert which is never set if universal_time is not true.

My version of date is 
 date (GNU sh-utils) 2.0
from Redhat 6.2: sh-utils-2.0-5
