Not sure if I have a Daylight Savings Time bug or a problem with my
system configuration.

ROOT_ddslap[40]:date
Mon Apr 2 13:44:19 EDT 2001
ROOT_ddslap[41]:date -d +"last fri"
Thu Mar 29 23:00:00 EST 2001
ROOT_ddslap[42]:date -d +"next fri"
Fri Apr 6 00:00:00 EDT 2001
notice the "last fri" returns a value of Thursday EST 23:00 hours.
ROOT_ddslap[43]:date --version
