date bug updated

Hey!   Just so there is no missunderstanding. This is the date output:   date Fri Jan 31 17:54:27 CET 2003   date --date "1 month" Mon Mar  3 17:51:26 CET 2003   It's the 31st of January today so next month should be February, no?   This bug exist 2.0.14.
