I'm getting this one failure on a fresh linuxfromscratch build with gcc-4.1.2, glibc-2.5 with some branch updates, kernel headers from linux-2.6.21.4, on i686. I might be totally misreading the output, but it almost looks like the diff is produced because the files are in a different order.
