I used -l switch very often in the past, because it is very useful to
make root fs backup.
I found that this switch not work anymore.
I don't know wrom which version, but I test latest tar version 1.19 and
still same problem.
-l, --one-file-system
stay in local file system when creating an archive
Please fix that bug, it is very important.
And please send me some feedback.
