These have not been fixed in 1.20; I reported them to the Debian BTS in January and the Debian maintainer, Bdale Garbee, said he'd forwarded them upstream at the time. Examples:

The node "operations" should be called "Operations" and its item "looking ahead" should be "Looking ahead". Some other items in this menu are correctly downcased because they refer to case-sensitive command-line options, but these ones don't. Ditto "backups" (should be "Backups").

If you look down the main menu you'll find a few more:

"assumptions"
