I've had build failures for tar 1.19 and now with version 1.20 under
Mac OS X 10.5.2, both PPC and Intel platform.
The build dies with:
gcc -std=gnu99 -g -O2 -o tar buffer.o checkpoint.o compare.o
create.o delete.o extract.o xheader.o incremen.o list.o misc.o
names.o sparse.o suffix.o system.o tar.o transform.o update.o
utf8.o ../lib/libtar.a -L/usr/local/lib -lintl -liconv -lc -Wl,-
framework -Wl,CoreFoundation -L/usr/local/lib -liconv
ld: duplicate symbol _argp_fmtstream_write in ../lib/libtar.a(argp-
help.o) and tar.o
Any ideas?
BTW: The build works normally under 10.3.9 and 10.4.11.
