Maybe will be better to accept all types of line terminator (Win/DOS, Unix, Mac) to allow a filelists portable.

Hallo, I found a bug in the tar 1.13 for Windows. If I use switch -T
or --files-from and lines in list file are terminated by 0x0a, 0x0d then tar
fail. But this line terminator is standard for DOS and Windows.
