Hi Sergey,

tar tf issues a warning message about the attached tiny .tar.xz file,
although it goes ahead and decodes it ok. Forcing with tar tJf gets no
warning. This is with tar 1.23 compiled from original source on CentOS
(though I can't imagine that that matters).

$ tar tf texlive-scripts.i386-netbsd.tar.xz |head
tar: This does not look like a tar archive
bin/i386-netbsd/man
bin/i386-netbsd/rungs
tlpkg/tlpobj/texlive-scripts.i386-netbsd.tlpobj

It happens with other tiny .tar.xz's, but certainly not all. tar tf
recognizes most of them fine.

Thanks,
Karl
