Ops. The problem was there with 1.24 and 1.23 too. I just didn't pay
attention to it.
Problem is on sparc in tests/update01.at:
mkdir a
genfile --file a/b
tar cf arc a
echo "separator"
sleep 2
genfile --file a/c
tar ufv arc a <== !!! sparc will include a/b again !!!
I will need to look at it closely tomorrow..

Ok. So the problem is on our side. It seems that GNU tar built on
Solaris 11 development build 151 fails on sparc with tests 12, 100, 101.
When it's build on previous builds it's ok.
