[Bug-tar] tar cvf in linux with LTO drives

Hi!
The tar comand doesn't work with big file.
For exemple: A file with 100G using a sun machine with unix, tar cvEf 
works, but in linux i don't find the "E" option and the tar cvf failled.

Can you help me solve this?
