Sergey, I would like to hear your opinion on the tarbomb patch currently
residing at http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-tar/2013-12/msg00035.html

I first sent it to the list in August 2013. I understand that committing
the first version of it so close to a release would not have been a good
idea. However, since then I have heard input about the patch from Hugo
Mildenberger, Joshua Hudson, Eric Blake and Paul Eggert (who thinks
committing it should be your decision). I have also been using the patch
locally every day without any problems.

Due to recent changes in git, I will need to send yet another updated
version. Is there any way that it could be committed this time, or at
least reviewed by the person in charge?
