Actually, I tried texi2html, only to find that it didn't seem to understand
@html.

Before anybody tries to react to that, let me start by making sure I have
the right versions of everything.

At a metalevel, I think that a drift in capabilities across the tool family
probably isn't a good thing. Ultimately it will lead to a drift in input
spec...
