It occurs to me that Texinfo is likely to be responsible
for this problem.

Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

In GNU Emacs 20.6.91.2 (sparc-sun-solaris2.7, X toolkit)
 of Tue Jun 6 2000 on qa-dhcp104
configured using `configure --prefix=/vol/tek/emacs-20.6.91
 --exec-prefix=/vol/tek/emacs-20.6.91/sun5 --verbose --with-gcc
 --with-pop --with-x'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I observeda small problem when I did

make dvi
for each of the dvi files I did

dvitps file >file.ps

Then I printed them on a doubled sided printer.

The problem I saw was that the table of contents on some of the files
was printed on the back side of the last page of index. This makes it
hard to put the contents in the front and leave the index in the back.

I am not sure if it is the source files, texi2dvi or dvitps that is
causing this. Just a small thing but I wanted to let you know.
