Well, @part would translate to \part in TeX, and whatever the
respective functionality would be in info.

I have a document that has fifteen chapters, and is broken up into
three parts, like so:

Part I
  Chapter 1
  Chapter 2
  Chapter 3
  Chapter 4
  Chapter 5
  Chapter 6
  Chapter 7
Part II
  Chapter 1
  Chapter 2
  Chapter 3
  Chapter 4
Part III
  Chapter 1
  Chapter 2
  Chapter 3
  Chapter 4

But, when I use texinfo, I get chapters numbered from 1 to 15.

This kinda stinks. :-)
