How can I center a multicolumn table? Using @display ... @end display
doesn't work. Without centering, it looks really ugly in the DVI
file.
Of course, I could use a leading invisible column, but...
BTW, is there a command to insert a vertical resp. horizontal line in
tables? Both could easily be supported in virtually all output
formats.
Finally, a small bug report: Doing @i{text @samp{a}} produces bad
output. I suggest that the quotes used in @samp are always roman
quotes and not italic ones.
