I don't remember whether I said or not, but I would really enjoy if
makeinfo could check this limitation too.
BTW, am I understanding we're lucky that Index remains being `index'
in most languages?
Can't `*menu :' be `*index :' for indexes? I dunno, just thinking
aloud, just ignore :)
