A typical HTML menu entry looks like this:

    * What Is groff?:
    * History:
    * groff Capabilities:
    * Macro Package Intro:
    * Preprocessor Intro:
    * Output device intro:
    * Credits:

Can someone please tell me why we have the final `:'? This is very
ugly, typographically spoken. I think it completely unnecessary also.

Additionally, the `--no-headers' is far too radical IMHO for HTML
output; it also disables the very nice menu entries. Is there a
possibility to fine-tune this?
