Hello,
There seems to be a problem with makeinfo in GNU texinfo-4.2:
> makeinfo --html --no-headers gtypist.texi
makeinfo: --no-headers conflicts with --no-split for --html.
This switch configuration is even given in the `makeinfo --help'
examples:
makeinfo --html --no-headers foo.texi
write html without node lines, menus
