@item @mathtex{0 \le @var{n} \le 1000}{0 <= @var{n} <= 1000}
It's a step backwards, we just made it possible to write real @math and
get it output in info...
I think the better solution would be for makeinfo to recognize \le (and
other control sequences) and automatically change them to <=.
Currently, I have to do this:
That actually seems cleaner to me than repeating the entire @math
construct.
