Thanks for all the fixes/comments/suggestions. However, I really need source documents I can test against to verify most of these changes. I presume you have examples where you actually saw the problems? I don't care how big they are (just tell me what page to be looking at :).
For the other questions, the basic answer is, all the changes were made in response to other bug reports. It would take a bit of effort to dig back and find them all. Does it really matter? Seems to me all that matters is where we are now. Anyway, in general, it doesn't make sense to revert code back to the old version, because the old version had some bug, or I wouldn't have changed it. Thus the need for example source to find where the new version fails. More later.
