And makeinfo seems to produce the correct result of "@'u" later in the
document, and I'm sure that "@'a" wouldn't be much trouble either.

So I ask that these lines be wrapped in info just like text, and the
length of the *** line be limited to whatever the wrapping margin is
set to.
