That's a pretty amazing response time. Thank you!
However, with the new texinfo.text, I get the following output:
! pdfTeX warning (dest): name{xi} has been referenced but does not
exist, replaced by a fixed one
! pdfTeX warning (dest): name{x} has been referenced but does not exist,
replaced by a fixed one
! pdfTeX warning (dest): name{ix} has been referenced but does not
exist, replaced by a fixed one
And several others, and all the pages are in lower-case roman numerals.
However, the problam I originally asked about is fixed. Yay! 8)
