I made Info not complain on DOS when _info is not there.
There's no reason to make this dos-specific ... Info should not complain
at all when .info (aka _info) is missing. I've noticed it myself, but
it just never seemed important enough to look into.
Jose or Brian, maybe you'd like to look at this :).
