The 4th and 7th are (or rather were?) probably a Debian issue, the
others under "normal" all look like upstream problems.
If anyone has time and interest in checking any of these against the
current code and see which are resolved, which still need attention,
which are Debian-only, etc, it might help improve Texinfo. Patches
would be even better :).
I am not sure if Josip (Rodin, the Debian Texinfo contact) is still active.
Just thought I'd mention it.
