The avoids a mark attribute it a <itemizedlist> if the item_function
was implicitly @bullet.

Looks pretty nice. (Except for the spacey justification in my setup, I
guess because it won't do line breaks within <a>...</a> text. Maybe
ragged right would be better?)
Also seems like quite an interesting project, aside from the manual :).
