I don't think it's that easy. Even though I discovered the difference
for "man", I still obsereve the same behaviour of info on all the systems
(FC2, FC4, Debian 3.1):
"info odsjfsdfosdjfosdjofsodfojsd" correctly displays the Top node.
"info intro" displays the manpage; if I hit "t" then, I get to "man top"

The question is: if you run "info intro", you see the intro manpage,
right? And if you hit "t" at that moment, where do you land to?
