Images are centered by default. The following patch fixes this.
Thanks much for the report + patch. My only question is, I wonder if
documents are actually relying on the images being centered by default,
and thus if this should be considered a bug in the documentation, rather
than the code.
What would be better for you/Lilypond?
Note that I'm a total TeX nitwit.
