Yes, I think \" is right (but you wrote the spec for that bit didn't
you? :-).

In any case it's what comes through from quotes in a foo.txt file; and
the (unreleased) emacs `Info-split-parameter-string' understands \"
and \\.

(I noticed it while working up a patch to get emacs showing those text
parts.  At the moment it shows the images on X, but nothing at all on
a tty.)
