I do not know whether you are interested in seeing bugs reported
against Texinfo in Debian directly, before the package maintainer
triages and forwards them upstream. If you are, then you can
easily "subscribe" to them. Visit this webpage:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/t/texinfo.html
then in the "PTS subscription" box type your email address in the
entry field and click on Send. You can select "Advanced mode"
from the dropdown box before clicking on Send if you want to
choose some more options.
