Re: 4.12.90 has invisible text in top line of 'info'

    After upgrading from texinfo-4.12 to 4.12.90, invoking 'info' with 
    no arguments no longer shows this on the top line:

      File: dir,      Node: Top       This is the top of the INFO tree

    Instead it just shows this:

      File: dir,

I get the same result.  Sergey?
