makeinfo --html bug

Hello,
problem encountered when trying to generate splitted html from sample file  
from on-line manual

Environment:

OS              CYGWIN_NT-5.1 station2 1.5.25(0.156/4/2) 2008-06-12 19:34 i686 
Cygwin
makeinfo        makeinfo (GNU texinfo) 4.8


Actions:
Step 1.
        create sample.texi and copy sample from online manual there
        

Step 2.
        makeinfo --html sample.texi
        
	got directory "sample" created with two files in it: "index.html" and  
"First-Chapter.html"
        File "index.html" is attached. There is broken html at lines 8 and 11.

When tying "makeinfo --html --no-split sample.texi" everything's ok.


P.S.: I've tried to google this problem and found nothing.
