There is a license missing in the code, but it will be GPL 3 anyway. Also, in case that's needed, I've already signed the papers from FSF. The javascript code is a bit more than needed (there is the `console' which is not used yet and some more). Note also: the code and functionality of the HTML is not changed at all. Access keys keep working. I'm planning to add some features for the OrgMode's manual though. BTW: Is there some way to add `plugins' to texinfo's HTML exporter?
