May I suggest to change the error message from
"%s has no Up field (perhaps incorrect sectioning?)."
I've never been happy with that message.
"%s has no Up field (perhaps incorrect sectioning, or missing menu line
in parent node?)."
Maybe. Or maybe don't try to guess anything and just state the
"no Up field". Or maybe try harder to figure out what the problem
really is.
We'll revisit this with texi2html.
