With recent debian i386 packaged texinfo 4.13a, "makeinfo foo.texi" on
the file below produces
*
`http://foo.org/some/long/url/which/goes/past/eighty/columns/and/has/no/alternative/text.html'
where I hoped the url would be on the same line with the "*" bullet,
as happens for a shorter url.
Indeed, it would be logical to treat the space after the itemize mark as
a tie instead of a breakpoint.
