Details:
The following GNUlib replacement system headers are preconfigured on some
system and present in the tree.
gnulib/lib/time.h
gnulib/lib/sys/stat.h
gnulib/lib/sys/time.h
(plus some internal preconfigured GNUlib headers)
As the whole idea behind this GNUlib feature BMO is dangerous, introduce
portability issues and is generally error prone, this will not make it better.
