Follow-up Comment #5, bug #32975 (project texinfo):
I don't know exactly how it fits here, but there are now 2 places for
translated strings. In po/ for warning/error messages, and po_document/ for in
string document translation. In po_document/ the perl way for gettext stuff is
used (it is explained somewhere why it is better like that, in short because
the order of the argument may change).
