The main change is for translators: we changed many messages for
consistent capitalization. Sorry about that, but it needed to be done.
Also, to repeat from the last pretest, a new texinfo_document domain is
in the Translation Project
(http://translationproject.org/domain/texinfo_document.html). This is
for the po_document/ strings in the distribution.
Would you mind feeding the FTP?
