That's OK. I'm looking just for a makeinfo change.

This is why we invented @comma{} way back when. :-)

Yes. I have thoughts about what kind of "real support" is needed but
I can do without it for now. Having commas in @cindex do primary,
secondary and tertiary would really help, though.
