Dear maintainers,
Could it be possible to release an update of texinfo-4.13 with lzip support?
I'm beginning to make my projects optionally install lzip-compressed
docs (info manuals and man pages) and have noticed that a significant
fraction of users are still using version 4.13. (I myself use a patched
4.13).
The change would be about as small and trivial as the one adding lzip
support to texinfo-5.0:

As I suppose that texinfo-4.13 is unsupported, and to make things easy,
instead of a patch I can provide the updated tarball(s) ready to upload.
(Named texinfo-4.13b.tar.gz or whatever other name you find apropriate).
