Sorry for the irregular url, but the regular process for uploading to alpha.gnu.org appears to be broken. I'll copy it to alpha as soon as the FSF sysadmins have fixed. The changes since the last pretest involve the translation strings (texindex strings are included again), and portability, especially of the Info tests. It won't be a surprise if problems remain.
