find XSParagraph in t/test_utils.pl

Hello,

I don't know if it is still relevant, but I like to run specific tests
in t/*.t like

  perl -w t/80include.t

or, for a single test:

  perl -w t/80include.t cpp_lines

Now XSParagraph is not found.  I think that it should be added in
tp/t/test_utils.pl imports at the beginning of the file.
