It definitely did exist at one point. I thought there was a Savannah
project for the hosting of these pages, but I couldn't find it at
https://savannah.gnu.org/ (I searched for "perl" and "texinfo"). Maybe
somebody has taken it down in the meantime - Karl or Patrice?

This website is also referenced by util/htmlxref.cnf.
