texi2dvi: (easy) request to make errorstopmode an option

Hi,

It would be very helpful if texi2dvi would allow for an option to stop on the 
first error. All this requires is to be able to switch ${escape}nonstopmode in 
https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/texi2dvi  to ${escape}errorstopmode
