Regarding that image file, I do not see anything in the logs, but my recalling -- which may be incorrect -- is that the usual empty image files that are used in the tests was not the best, maybe because of epubcheck, and maybe because of a check of matching file mimetype and actual file. In any case, it could be a much smaller file. -- Pat
