--number-footnotes is not documented in texi2any --help, while it is
documented in the Texinfo manual.

‘--no-number-footnotes’
With ‘--no-number-footnotes’, suppress automatic footnote
numbering. By default, footnotes are numbered sequentially within
a node, i.e., the current footnote number is reset to 1 at the
start of each node.
Should it be added to texi2any help message? If yes, it could be
--[no-]number-footnotes number footnotes sequentially;
default is on.
Anything better?
